Yep during the FDA forced BE studies fiasco IPCI blamed PAR for not fighting back against the FDA. And all that eventually resulted in was several million dollars worth of lost FocalinXR sales when PAR slow rolled the launch of the rest of the remaining FocalinXR strengths over the past 4 years.

And now with the ongoing MNK fiasco of MNK slow rolling the commercialization of SeroquelXR sales to the point that SeroquelXR sales are barely registering a pulse...we see no legal actions being undertaken by IPCI to force that issue either.

There comes a point where every company has to stand up and fight for themselves right!
