Both. I never have a definitive answer on what I will do until actions are in play. I must look at the variables and see how I feel about it.

I can’t tell you know whether I will sell or add if it dips lower. And I can’t tell you now whether I will sell or add if it breaks out. Some people already know. I look at the variables and go by instinct.
