I 2ND the motion. Get rid of how he thinks. Keep the double minded world leader Mr T under tight reigns so he does'nt eliminate having a cabinet entirely, so he does'nt think he can be the 1st president in history to lead (dictate) the US in the history of the Declaration of Independance.
