...that would definitely be a crusher...but unlikely. If a deal were imminent it would have been announced today without anymore delay.

Release was mildly positive news (nothing substantively negative)...on both fronts. But I misinterpreted the salary cuts...they apparently signaled "more waiting"...so they needed to cut expenditures to not go to the borrowing "well" again and dilute further...more time will be needed to hear the results we expect.
