sad reality is...

AMBS doesn’t have anything anyone wants

or Gerald is unable to partner or JV with a BP that is interested and is willing to do so

Gerald has had 10 years since company inception to provide clean financing

and take the fianacial burden off his shareholders regarding multi-year serial dilution and massive RS’s

$1.5–Mil. in 6 ea. $300k tranches will not get AMBS very far, and is only buying limlited time

we need real leadership and real direction at this fragile time in AMBS history

otherwise the pps will continue to plummet, with the bottom floor no where to be found anywhere

learned long ago a leapord does not change his spots
