that would definitely light a fire as the last insider trade was 2015 and the last time the CEO bought was 2012 from what I can see.

Good Luck to All.

Agreed, Their needs to be a minimum percentage of shares that the management must own. This is the only way to keep managements as well as BOD's interest aligned with common shareholders. And that does not include them holding any preferred shares, options or warrants. They must hold common. Whatever they cook up, they need to be eating it as well. That way shareholders may actually get decisions made that are for the "best interest of shareholders". Because so far every time I have heard those words my shares value has dropped about 90%. With no word from management no explanation just business as usual. This company structure making management accountable to no one is a breading ground for self serving back door deals and killing the common shareholders. Pure dictatorship attitude. If people want to make an actual difference. Ditch the lawsuits and put your energy into getting a minimum percentage ownership for Management and BOD voted into the company's laws. Because as of now if they do a 500:1 RS all of Management and BOD's shares combined will only equal one share. And that is only because they do not issue fractional shares. Until this changes nothing will change. IMO
