It doesn't take alot of money to continue to push this out further and further. Nobody needs 6 months to prepare for a 3 day trial. My guess is the will want a year to prepare. Then another change of venue. Then an extension. Then WHEN they lose they will want to appeal. Then when they loose that they will want to appeal again. This should have already been through the court system and done. 18 months at the PTAB was BS. I believe what we have is very valuable. I would not be here if I didn't. Just very frustrated by all the stall tactics. I know we will prevail it is just very irritating watching this unfold.
