I sold 6M shares today. I was sure that price would go down tomorrow without any news.
In most cases, def14A is filled when the pps is up marginally. They were supposed to file when the price touched 2c. They filed today when 50% is shaved where 250M shares traded since it touched 0.02.

So, this is some kind of manipulation to shakeout the retailers. Strategic investment managers hold 80% of the stock as of now.

I think they will raise the pps pretty quickly with little more shakeout in the morning. If the price goes up to 2C with minimal volume, they will have full control on the play.

Expect the unexpected is the game here.
