So Wang has 500,000 conv. Prefs at a conversion rate of 2,500 commons per Pref.

There is no evidence that has been adjusted for this split....and that works out to 1,250,000,000 common shares POST SPLIT.

Wang just wiped out all the commons to his benefit.
