Otiko's contract with Keough is Attachment 4 in Docket Item 57. Hard to deny it exists when it's a matter of public record in a Federal Court Case.

Still waiting for someone to explain how Otiko came to believe he was no longer held to these significant contract terms when he started ViaDerma using the technology owned by Keough.
