I thought they only need you to sign off on last 2 years. Back in 2015 the 2 year rule included dragons numbers. Now in 2018 the last 2 years of financials has been all hitec and Harvey so I think htic can file 2 years financials in the Canadian format and get it lifted.

There must be something they can do to resolve the Canadian CTO issue? Especially with new ownership?
