Dude, if you are worried about it sell and move on with a profit. Things take time, some things longer than others. Tony is doing it the right way. I'm sure the shell was like others coming in and he probably needed to wear gloves to remove the stink. Now that the stink is almost gone and that smell is money, things appear to be moving ahead. Patience has paid off so far so why knock it. I am thinking it will be worth the wait. Tick tock.
