Why are you the self appointed forum watch dog( with a small bite i might add) to everyone that has an opinion that hurts your feelings lol

Go on with your life and talk to people who praise the company for fluff news and dilution.

I simply choose to talk about why the stock is underperforming and previously about the max'd out 1 billion os count, heavy absurd dilution happening, and bad toxic fins----> because it was killing our shareholder equity.

I believe a CEO has to perform for the shareholders and not run the company like a personal ATM.

I do not over look all the dilution and heavy expenses, and now a very convenient Reverse split after running out of shares to sell.

If the PPS was $8 and holding strong...i would not be complaining
