That's why the price is under 1.00, lots of people with lots of skepticism about everything to do with financials.

Nope Denver, you're not. I feel like u should always have some skepticism. I trade off of technicals amd sometimes I'm wrong. Unlike these other pple who take everything as gold and truth, I understand things do not always go how "u" think it should. At the end of the, they don't really care how u feel, they'll egg u on all day. I have a deadline on my small position, win or lose.

So they file the 10-K next week. Great, that will bring us up to date as of June 30th, 2017. Nine months old info June being the end of their fiscal year.

Then they are going to file the Q's in mid-April. Also great. Hopefully that will include the Q3, that is due April 15th, which will show us their current financial standing up to the end of March, 2018.

IMO the make or break here is how much was spent on expansion. The last fins filing was the 10-Q for Q3 Jam-Feb-Mar 2016-17. That quarter showed a net loss of -$2,698,119 and +$76,884 in the bank.

So we wait some more. As far as Jimmy's signature in China, Fed-Ex can turn that around in 3 days.
