Just posted an update lol Giovanni confirmed they haven’t been filed. Said auditor was asking little questions, but that they had already drafted it up for submission.

Anything that was said is speculation and assumptions. All we know for sure is what the PR stated, that the year end audit was completed, and they used the word "in preparation for" filing and other filings. I'm guessing they are getting them ready to file along with revenue guidance numbers. Yes, another delay I guess. Why? No idea but they would not have put out that PR if they were not going to be filed very soon. Patience, any day now.
