Look at it this way. We have known for a while that a windfall (either through settlement or court award) was eventually coming to GERS. Think of that as fuel for the rocket. Now we learn that the DTC Chill tethers (resisting cables) have been released from the rocket's support system. Now the question is, will KK light the fuse?
