They can have the best intentions possible and still get into unseen trouble. Which in my opinion is why they left it like that for the time being. Its insurance. Don't think for a second if they were to get into some trouble they wouldn't use that insurance.
I agree, the company has done everything they said for the most part. I'm still going to sit on the side for just a few longer.
