here's what I did...

I called Public Works, left message explaining what I wanted, got a call back from 432-336-6281 and he (sorry couldn't understand his name and it really wasn't important to what I wanted). I'm assuming, since I called Public Works, that's where he was from. But it really doesn't matter as he directly told me what I first posted. Go check it out if you like, but don't bother me again as I won't write you back!
