#33471 RE: bluelucky #33467

If they do a 5/1 reverse split and drop their O/S to 10M the post reverse split share price would be somewhere between $2 and $2.50 but far more importantly would give institutional investors an opportunity to initiate accumulation and quite easily push the post reverse split share price to $5 per share where even more institutional hands could initiate accumulation according to their own internal rules.

I know many here may disagree with me...but the more and more time that passes with no real measurable or inherent value being unleashed from IPCI's stagnated pipeline...the more and more likely a reverse split becomes.

Dr. Odidi's only real concern is the survival of the company...so if the time comes that he must sacrifice his round 1 believers and risk harming them via a reverse split and take his chances that the post reverse split market conditions will be far more conducive to potential institutional accumulation he will most definitely take it.

The real problem with him doing a reverse split of course is that if he isn't finding ways to unlock and create more value...then the post r/s share price will most likely fall because he will end up securing more of the same financing that has already resulted in the current market cap condition and grossly depressed share price right.
