someone wants 40,000 at the .40 level - and higher - keeps showing up to the .50 - buying that much at this level says to me its going to make a move again without the bluster - the CEO is very excited about upcoming information to be released so ......will be interesting to see this maybe take off over a $1.00 WITH facts as well..........
