You hold true to your exact WORDING, and I appreciate the catch in the wording of the 80%. This board is brutal once someone with background and knowledge is no longer having the same opinion as they do. Just a shame..... getting all the DD out there CAN be a team effort, but deciding what one does with their shares is THEIR OWN decision.
