No RS... that card has been played like a fiddle. All misinformation for entertainment purposes only. Many of us shareholders have emailed Tom about the SS and RS and Tom states ... READY.... NO RS! Best of luck convincing anyone who follows the board though.

Tom has repeated no RS. BVTK must have money coming in to address the Share structure. Tom would know. not some random person who doesnt work there.

A RS will only hurt a companies stock price afterwards if that company still has convertible notes or plans on getting more convertible notes.
the convertible notes is what drives the stock price down after a RS due to the notesellers.

BVTK will merge in to DP AFTER DP IS ON THE NASDQ

if bvtk merged into darkpulse then darkpulse would have plenty of money to cover any convertibles that bvtk would have at the time. However, if darkpulse was on nasdaq bvtk would have received giant gains (40% of revs) from their JV with darkpulse and would have handled any outstanding debt.
