Let's see if they sell shares now with the 40 million loan over next 2 years (5 million every 3 months). They shouldn't need to sell a single share.

Yeah.. and just one of your big headwind problems moving forward is the 1 Billion in authorized shares. It's simply a reset to run up the OS. There will be no "uplisting" as touted here anytime in the foreseeable future. Meanwhile, let these penny stock mindset traders and management keep tinkering in dollar world and you're headed right back to sub $1 in no time flat. Simple math tells you that every penny gained or lost no represents 15 Cent of your original investment. For some reason you left that part out of your thought process. Good luck to you and those who were told over and over again you were going to get split to oblivion.

Once again: Had your management team reigned themselves in by capping the Authorized shares to match the RS, your new Authorized number would be the mark of the beast (66,666,666). However, it's still a beast. It's just a beast on steroids (66,666,666 x 15). Feel the burn?
