Yes, and the 8-K notifying of the Nasdaq delisting was on 10/24/2017. RNVA notified us of a 1st quarter 2018 spinoff completion notice a month after the delisting notice. So even with being delisted and stock being heavily diluted and seeing their share price nosedive, RNVA was still projecting to have the spinoff happen by end of March.
