yeah I would think that would hold back the symbol change, those docs will usually be held back with any lawsuits going on, I saw when this was iirc 2014 and prior there were 3 bankruptcy claims on this also, those might of been part of the first hold up when Peabody had to rewrite the financials and backgrounds here, they weren't all pretty and blue last summer.
