Once again you don't seem to understand that a 144 Opinion Letter written by a attorney that has been disbarred is by definition a Fraudulent act.

It is securities fraud.

Copying and pasting most of the complaint is meaningless - the SEC stated the pump and dump scheme started at the Friedland dinner party in 2014.

OWCP had to be complicit in the pump and dump scheme - because the Transfer Agent would not remove the restrictive legend from the stock certificates without the approval from OWCP.

I can see you have never dealt with a transfer agent before. It is like asking for a NOBO list - the TA will only provide to those that are authorized to have access to it.

OWCP as the SEC stated:

"OWC provided an attorney opinion letter to OWC’s transfer agent from a disbarred attorney in connection with the issuance of OWC’s stock to Global."

OWCP using a disbarred Attorney to write the opinion letter is a Fraudulent act.

As you will find out - the SEC is going after the OWCP insiders who helped and profited from the pump and dump scam.
