It isn't "all of a sudden". They were selling small amounts for two years. Realized it would take forever and decided to liquidate quickly.

Amazing people can't grasp they have been doing a favor by selling out at a lesser price before news instead of dragging the price back down by selling into news.

Look up the Form 4s and see their selling pattern. Seriously, what is so hard to understand about venture capitalists from over 20 years ago moving on? There are only a couple uber-wealthy partners left who aren't trying to maximize their Finjan profits and just want to wind down their partnerships.
