Yes it's really unbelievable how many devastating roadblocks have gotten thrown into the path for 4 years running now.

Absolute insanity is what it all amounts to...and I just wish IPCI mgmt. could show us much more propensity to quickly adapt to the never ending challenges faced and come up with faster back up plans.
