Agree. Plus, also IMO GBDX looking to buy a co. that will finish the cut stones locally if possible. It makes sense to utilize the new Russian law and export a larger % rough cut diamonds as possible, and finish polishing etc. locally with a co. you own. Larger profit margin retained IMHO!
