I’m not sure what the value is at now or if it has been maintained.

That was from 2012. Today, AHIX is really no more than a shell.

The full value of the assets has been impaired.

Impaired? Ya, kinda. Further in the latest filing is this:

Note the redlines. Core Wafer, while a subsidiary of APII/WAFR/AHIX was enjoined against doing anything with the software until Core Wafer paid the settlement Core Wafer agreed to in a lawsuit in which Core Wafer was the plaintiff.

Later, the court appointed receiver auctioned off the software on the court house steps (literally, I kid you not). The defendant, Sandia, bought it for $300,000 against the settlement leaving Core Wafer - and Corewafer Industries aka Aluf Holdings - still obligated to pay not the $200,000 AHIX claims, but rather $339,814.68 plus interest at 15% per year from 8-18-14 until paid in full. (See screenshot below. That's the last court entry in the case.)

That bill is over half a million now. As AHIX says in the filing: "The Company has not made any payments to the court for this judgment."

So, I'd say, yeah. Impaired to the negative side of ZERO.
