I'm all in favor of change. I'm not sure why everybody was so quick to dismiss the idea of removing Odidi. If we leave him in play I'm fairly confidant we get nothing. I'm willing to listen to arguments for leaving him in play though. I'm open minded. But right now I'm in favor of removing him.
I don't know exactly who would be right to replace him though. I don't have all the answers. But these are the questions we need to be asking. Is there somebody better? Is there something we can do collectively to make that happen? There are a lot of us here with a lot of shares and a lot at stake. I believe that doing nothing and allowing the company to go bankrupt is a mistake.
