New 8-page order filed jointly by Twitter and Voip-Pal on Monday, 3.12.18 to propose joint Discovery Plan/Scheduling. Assuming no settlements are made, this schedule takes the Discovery process well into 2019! I think this will change significantly once SCOTUS rules on Oil States & other stays are removed.
