Pretty much. But, VICT does have connnections or ownership of a few private construction companies, with claims of somewhere around $6m in sales. I dunno, as I only briefly glanced at their unaudited financials, and saw very little bottom line net profits, if any... maybe even losses. So, the benefit to VICT's bottom line was about nil...
