No-- if/when the holders exercise the warrants to buy the shares of common stock, SINO will be receiving monies consisting in the price of the warrant. So there will be a big cash infusion if all warrants are exercised at the price announced yesterday, in addition to the immediate cash-raise announced in the share-offering yesterday.
