He is in too deep. The only way out is through audited fins. The longer he makes up excuses to delay it, more shares can be sold.
Then the house of cards collapses, and as you say, goes dark. This isn't the first or last pinkie to do it. And we know they can't sign off on an audit, if nothing is there. Like 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.
