yes, but they need to keep it going. Great news today, no doubt...but it also took 7 months to deliver it. If TMPS were to communicate this month about note conversion restructuring and/or possible refueling contract award this will go to $1.50 - $2.00, IMO.
Radio silence for another 7 months and we will be right back to 13 cents.
Make the note conversion a moot point (something they have a bit of control over)...that is what I'd like to see.
