In my mind, the 40 million CAPITAL was contingent on the share price. No large investor wants the cesspool inhabitants of the pink sheet stocks having much input to the share price. Moving up the stock price inhibits the Clearasil crowd from trashing the stock based on the Chartists alchemy.
