A private equity placing to me down here is a more pleasant way of saying we did an offering so we can pay the salaries for another 3 months. My opinion , still waiting for a reply.
Has anyone asked and/or received a reply in regards to their partnership deal with Mallinckrodt in regards to Seroquel XR, Lamictal XR and Pristiq? Are they renegotiating the deal and/or looking for another partner and/or suing them for not delivering/really selling Seroquel XR? I think they really need to address this and let us know what is up!
