I check the ticket daily, even if all of the volume is dilution (which I highly doubt) then it’s well below 1mil.

If they are preferred or restricted shares then only fins would show that.

I’m hoping the restricted shares break loose about the same time the fins are released to keep the liquidity in check. I’m betting the restricted share holders are waiting for the same timing. If they are preferred then I wouldn’t sell if I were them and they may not be able to without a conversion.

Snaper had considered preferred shares at one point for finance but keeping his majority stake.
