I thought the rule of thumb is to give shareholders ten days to decide ?

When is this effective ? midnight on 3/13/......ugh the ides of March

15 to 1 at .25 = 3.75

Lets see what the share price is 30 days after the restructure.


Don't forget if they re create another batch of "B" shares and issue those again to insiders each B is worth 5.3 times 3.75 = 19.875 per "B"
