Although I am disappointed in the divvy cut and price drop from $10 to $7+, I am continuing to hold ORC. I even added some when it went below $7. I believe this will have a turn around, but it may take some time. I think it is a bargain at $7ish. May continue adding to avg down. I like the honesty of management and their concern in keeping the business alive and well, even if it means divvy cuts. These REITs are cyclical and go with the market sentiment. If you believe in a future turnaround, this is an excellent entry point. Holding long.
