I haven't been following any other China stock for many years now (since the debacles of 2010-11), so i don't know what is the law about being able to move money out of Chinese banks.... My question here is: what good is all that cash for SINO in Chinese banks if they can't use it except in China? Too bad all that money-advancing to Zhiyuan for the Perwaja deal (or whatever!) had to come out of SINO's USA-bank cash holdings, resulting in this dreadful stock/warrant offering.

SINO -.62 to 1.13 on heavy early volume of 1.3M .... shareholders are certainly getting the royal shaft here .... HUGE dilution at firesale prices.

I have no interest in getting back in .... the stock could be heading under a buck.
