They are waiting to hear the deal finalized. Not just a forward looking statement. Everyone thought the initial PR was going to be about a finalized merger / acquisition, and that IMO was a big part of the sell off, finding out the PR was only a deal "in the works".
Exactly. People keep acting like this hasn't already happened. They did the best they could and it clearly wasn't good enough. I've seen no indication they are scrapping the original idea and trying something else.
What am I missing here? Everyday, people still say they need to partner with a crypto mining company. That happened. Nobody cared. Even it's finalized, why would anyone care? They already got the news
