MMEX is a classic share-selling scheme.

There are many variations on the theme, ranging from pump & dump, to schemes that are more closely associated with pyramid systems. MMEX is the latter.

Death-spiral financing schemes, variations on PIPE deals, and so on are the subject of substantial litigation, study, and are very well documented across the span of law, academia, finance, and the intersection of these fields. Schemes like MMEX are classic.

Here are just two of hundreds of references:

Schemes like MMEX are so throughly understood, documented, and studied, they are taught even at the undergraduate level to finance and pre-law students.

MMEX is only slightly more advanced in the underlying charade, because the team of Mad J. and the Lemon have 30-plus years experience in running similar investment schemes, generating huge investor losses, and skating prosecution. They spend a few dollars here and there to support the charade, document it with SEC filings (remember, every investor read, or had the opportunity to read the SEC filings, and knew exactly what they were signing up for).

MMEX is no better, and no worse than any similar share-selling scheme. Billions of authorized shares to support conversion of “debt,” created at roughly $100K increments, converted into “equity,” then liquidated into the OTC marketplace, at the expense of massive dilution on retail investors.

All clearly documented - just read MMEX’s most recent 10-Q and 8-K for examples.

MMEX is not a share selling scam. If Jack's intention is to pump and dump shares, he's doing the worst job ever. Obviously this is not the case, and in fact, Jack is working on building a refinery.

Not sure why any bird would get their knickers in a knot over this. Jack is building a refinery... end of story. Nuff said. Drop the mic. That's all she wrote. Etc.
