There is still stores being closed over CBD in a lot of states. Tennessee is a good recent example. People are confused right now on every end.

CBD is far far from its full potential. You smart people on here know what I mean, Waldo. When the flood gates are released on CBD its going to soar. But, for all we know the feds might make the "good" CBD from hemp, prescription only, we don't know yet. Hell if I know.

And for the record CBD/hemp is not all over the place, there are still federal laws in place... but you would only know that if you did your research.

“Legal status of CBD. Cannabidiol is not listed separately in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR); it is controlled in Schedule I by definition as a “derivative” or “component” of marijuana (21 USC 802). This is also true of other individual cannabinoids.”
