You know, Ho has been extremely responsive to shareholders. Why don't you just ask him before throwing words like "fraudulent" around?

My guess would be because David Ho the CEO resides at the Y&C headquarters and everything relating to his companies including Sixty Six would be sent there before being sent to Oklahoma. Kind of like a registered agent would receive the documents for their company they represent. Nothing fishy about it. Imo
