Trump calls fantastic what GWB, in light of his failed steel tariff in 2002,

This looks like one case in which most all world leaders would agree with the former failed president.

There is little doubt Trump would see his Canada and Mexico exemptions as giving him some leverage in his NAFTA renegotiation
stance. And no doubt that both Canada and Mexico would see that as just another example of foolish Trump feeblemindedness.
