I just wonder why they waited so long to announce a rs? And usually in the OTC either shareholders just wake with their shares gone or the rs happens within a couple of days of the announcement. But here they submitted the ammendment to WYSOS so far. That's it. And that too after more than a year of acquiring the shell. Wtf is that about? They don't seem to be acting like a typical pink. Hmmm
