How do you know it doesn’t? A private holding company can be established anywhere in the world.

Did you search the SOS of all 50 states? Did you search the provinces of Canada? How about the UK?

Shworan is the president of the private company Harrison Avenue according to SEC filings. He is forgiving the QMCI debt.

Are you claiming it doesn’t exist simply because you cant find a website?
