$potn why does anyone want to invest in $potn. This type of lawsuit could bankrupt the company as of now. Noteholders are selling 1 billion shares and the Pps is going down. $.06?
Correct me if I’m wrong but I saw something on that link stating the suit is for removal of negotiable instrument. Wouldn’t that mean they are removing the obligation from POTN’s books? Friendly agreement since they already made a killing? Any ideas?
